Are you guys prepared for the neck-breaking THRASH METAL yet? Thailand’s first and only THRASH METAL festival is back again for the year 2011. This year, we proudly present one of the most awesome far-eastern Thrashers from Japan.
We’re proudly present to you the one and only FASTKILL. These extremely speedy & powerful Japanese thrashers have been around for more than one decade and a half and now ready for their first live show outside Japan here in Bangkok !!! And hopefully their third full-length release will be available freshly at the show too.
This year we still present you our the local thrashers as usual namely
KILLING FIELDS (Speed/Thrash Metal): Our usual headliner is back and faster with their songs from their upcoming 2nd full-length release.
MASCARA (Thrash Metal): Usually call tongue-in-cheekly Thailand’s Slayer, these awesome thrashers is back with more of their own unique style of thrashing songs.
THE RED KONG (Thrash N’ Roll): Old Bangkok Thrash veterans from RED RIOT are back with new stuff which combines the music of Motor head, early day Speed Metal, Old School Crossover and Rock N’ Roll to create their own brand of Thrash N’ Roll.
WIBUTCHON (Thrash Metal): A new generation band that follows the footstep of legendary Thai speed/ thrash band, Donpheebin, is back as a trio and they’re stronger than ever.
LOWFAT (Hardcore Punk): We’re proudly introduce Bangkok’s hardcore veterans whose music will remind you the good old day of old school speedy hardcore punk of the 1980′s. Their music is powerful and you’d better watch out when their live show blow you away !!!
ATLANTIS (Heavy/Thrash Metal): A newcomer of our Thrash scene will remind you of the music of Megadeth in their classic era.
STRIKE OUT (Crossover): These new crossover kids are now growing up to be a pretty thrashy crossover bands. Their live show is very energetic, you shouldn’t miss their show.
The date of thrashing will be the 30th of April. The venue is our legendary THE ROCK PUB. The time the door will open is 13.00. The ticket will cost 350 ฿ and they’ll be available at the door.
The first 50 people bought the ticket will get a free CD of “Bangkok Thrash Compilation Vol. 3″ consisting of songs form the bands in the show !!!
