Thursday the 17th of May, Levels will host it’s first Pre-event with International Top DJ : Joris Voorn (NL) – presented by Retox Sessions.
After 4 months of construction, Levels will host a one night event to celebrate the first phase of building being finished. Please note that this is a Pre-event and Levels will only open selected parts of the venue as we are still preparing the rest of the venue for the full experience Level’s Grand Opening, which will be announced here in the coming weeks.
About Joris Voorn:
Joris Voorn, a leading producer and DJ, voted Best Breakthrough at the annual Ibiza DJ Award 2011 has made his name as one of the most talked-about in music industry. He has produced unique compilations like Balance 014 and has played at the world’s most famous clubs including Space in Ibiza, Ministry of Sound in London, Cocoon Club in Frankfurt, Rex in Paris, Zouk in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Cielo in New York to name a few.
2009 saw the release of unmatched Balance 014 compilation, he managed to mix over 100 tracks into a double CD, transforming them into a collective mix. Another milestone still to come in the same year, Voorn released ‘Dusty House Room’ EPs under Rejected label which was a sleek achievement. He has been collaborating with various artists such as Robert Babicz’s Dark Flower which became another summer anthem in electronic dance music, Slam’s ‘Ghost Song’, Sebo K’s ‘Far Out’ and Jerome Sydenham’s ‘Destination nagano’.
Continuing to advance his repertoire, Voorn and his team will blow away their audience with a new project called ‘A Green Night’ exploring the possibilities of combining his music and visual arts. Voorn has mastered the skills and ability to create the smooth transition and sublime atmosphere on the dancefloor.
